Developing the Old Church Depot in Moffat: Next Steps
Following the recent survey about our plans, we are pleased to be able to share with you the latest draft design plan. We can also tell you about the arrangements for giving you more detailed feedback and the opportunity to ask questions.
The design plan is based on feedback we received, from our community survey, about the kind of facilities people would like to see on the site, combined with a survey of the building condition and other technical issues.
To allow us to provide you with more detailed feedback, and answer any questions you may have, we have arranged for an ‘online drop-in’ to be held on 23 March between 18.00 and 19.00. To access the session, use the link below during the relevant times. If you can’t manage that time, or online isn’t your thing, you may email questions to firstname.lastname@example.org between now and close of business (17:00) on 22 march. We will answer you as soon as possible and use your question to create a ‘frequently asked questions’ section to share the answer more widely.
The link for the online drop in session is here, and you can also access it by clicking on the image, left.
Welcome to the digital space of Space to Grow, Moffat. We are a Scottish Incorporated Charitable Organisation (SCIO – charity number: SC040255) and we aim to use the premises in our care for the benefit of the community of Moffat & District.
These premises consist of: 3684 m square of outdoor space (excluding the front car park) and6808 square feet of building space.
We are currently working with South of Scotland Enterprise (SoSE) to, a) find out what needs these buildings could fill in the community and, b) how to then renovate them to fill those needs.
